Has extensive experience in developing and implementing various international projects, including EU programmes in higher and vocational education, rural development, cluster creation and development, and providing assistance to small and medium-sized enterprises. Has experience in managing and organising international events and coordinating activities between partners from Ukraine and other countries. She has strong networking skills and experience of communicating and working in an international environment (she has completed training in intercultural communication).

She is an expert in sustainable agri-food chains and financial sustainability with more than 25 years of experience in work, research and implementation of international projects on sustainable development. Her scientific interest is related to the development of theoretical foundations of the formation and functioning of agri-food chains, financial sustainability, as well as the development of practical recommendations for achieving the sustainability of agri-food chains and the spread of sustainable financial products in the practice of agri-food producers.
